Has anyone with an with any of the Arrow packages had a stock rocker arm failure? I know there have been some.

Im just wondering if there are more that just haven't been spoken about.

I just picked up an ACR-E with an Arrow stage 2 package and am thinking for cheap insurance Ill just buy a set of modified stock rockers from Nth moto and bolt them on.

Im sure scot can chime in on this, but there has been a low failure rate on them(3 total and only on 9l cars) and only had failed on exhaust side. Prefix offers the bushing kit installed in the rocker arms as well.

Thank you for the information.

Calvo sells a modified stocker as well. I ran those for awhile before I had prefix upgrade to a solid cam and the Jesel setup

CHE Precision supplies the trunion kit that I suspect all the viper shops use. They also sell a complete rebuild of our rocker arms.

Jesels look great, i believe they require machining and valve cover spacers, not exactly a bolt on affair. Im doing the higher rpm 9l Tune so need some extra insurance as well.

I see T&D offer a set, has anyone ran or installed these? Id be curious if they required the spacers and machining. http://tdmach.com/product/viper-v-10-o-e-m-head-gen-iv/

Have not tried the T&D setup, according to the notes on their website, pretty much a bolt on with minor clearancing.

The bushing kit for the viper made by CHE is exclusive to Calvo, it is nice stuff and works good.

The intake rocker arms have a different roller bearing setup than the exhaust rockers. Also there is no offset for heavy side loads like the exhaust rocker arm.
We only put the bushing kit on the exhaust rockers, and leave the intake side alone.
