96 GTS White Stripes Yellowing around Exhaust Tips

I noticed that the white stripes on the lower rear bumper area around the exhaust tips are starting to look Yellowish.
1 of the previous owners had the exhaust swapped out Headers, High Flow cats and Corsa cat back.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do to prevent this from getting any worse?
Is there something to restore it back to White without doing a repaint?

Paint and clear is the only true fix, which will then re-yellow in another decade.

Just curious, how many miles on the car? Wondering when mine will turn yellow...

I currently have 33xxx miles and am owner #8. It is possible it was yellowing before I bought it at 31xxx

before repaint, might not hurt to try mild polish, worse case wet sand and polish. see if that removes it.

I agree, a paint correction will go a long ways as far as removing contamination. If you don't have experience I'd find a local detailer. Ceramic coating the area may help with removal in the future; I've had success on exhaust tips that were previously difficult to clean.

I know that car..... surprised its not banana yellowed the way DW3 drives it......!

You might need to move those aftermarket tips out further, many times if they are too close to the outlet, they can discolor the paint.
