Hi guys I'm new to this motec stuff, but not to vipers. I was wondering if I'm running nitrous do I still need arm switch. I know it's possible to wire heater and pressure to motec so it can display it. I also know that I think I am still gonna have a switch for the purge. The car has cam, stock heads, upgraded springs, retainers, lifters, and triple pump with rails. Also can the motec be controlled through radio as well?

A couple of questions, who is building the Motec database and do you have a wideband for tuning?

You will need some type of arm switch.

Motec does have wireless telemetry capabilities with analytics package for additional $.

Are you planning on running full standalone with Motec dash unit or to integrate Motec with the cars existing peripherals?

BTW Motec will not provide end user support directly, you have to go through one of their licensed vendors typically who you purchased the Motec system from. Even then it's generally additional $ for even basic support.

It does come with the wide band, it gave two sensor and a relay looking thing. Cody Phillips is the one that built it for me or rather installed his firmware.

The existing peripherals is what I am going for, I use to have another viper with nitrous and controller so I am under the impression that the motec acts as a controller for it.
