Is there a web site to download Uconnect updates

With all the issues everyone is having with the OTA uconnect updates Is there a website where we can download them for installation?

When I spoke to support, they said be sure the USB stick is not Sandisk or Lexar (the 2 most popular USB sticks...go figure) and it must be more than 4 gb and less than 32 gb. If you don't follow that rule, your update may not work. You can't make this stuff up. They said their preference was either an 8 or 16 gb stick.
