Howdy all,

The website is ready to go to open registration tomorrow morning so be ready to go to www.driveviper.com/nve4 to sign up for the greatest Viper party on the planet!

I called the hotel, to make reservations...never heard of us. Do you have a code or confirmation number from the hotel. I gave them the dates and our club's name, still nothing.

Hopefully they have the hotel rooms on lock down until you register, if that is possible.

I left a voicemail in the morning and tried calling again in the afternoon, but no answer. Was really hoping to have my membership upgraded so I can purchase my NVE4 tickets tomorrow at the Mamba pricing.

The link to the hotel registration for our group block/rates pop up as soon as you pay for the registration.

All done. Issue with room though as we now need a room change from Tuesday to Wednesday. Ugh.

i like how there is an entire group cruise this time instead of being split. Non track option is great too.

Booked NVE and the hotel. FYI there were only 2-queen rooms available... king rooms showed as not available.

Registered for NVE4. I also could not find a King room OR a balcony double queen room available using the link provided. Calling the hotel directly now. See you in Miami!!

UPDATE: Calling the hotel directly I was able to get a double queen room with a balcony at our group rate. Still no KING rooms available in our room block. Maybe the VOA didn't block any King rooms?

Hi Beth, I called the hotel again shortly after seeing that you had the hotel add more King rooms . . . Unfortunately, the King rooms were AGAIN sold out! Not a problem for me . . . Just letting you know.

We're happy with my double queen room with its balcony overlooking the lagoon :)

Being a family guy, checking prices of flights, cost of event, car hire, and then adding hotel price to the list! Not including any spending money, I can not justify the price so sadly I'm out. :(

Probably a good decision, but damn the logic for us.

As a rental property owner in Florida I thought all of the UK came to Florida for the winter every year.

I see the track will be a place to park my tow rig, does anyone know if we need to register somewhere for trailer parking, or just show up at the track to park?

honestly the cancellation terms are generous, full refund minus $20 bank fee up until February 1st, so if you find out by then that you cant go just cancel. There are plenty of people on the wait list

Yes there is plenty of space to park rigs at the race track.

Yep that is the best way to handle your rigs.
