Registration is now open for our last signature event of 2019! Our fall cruise dubbed "Sneaky Pete's Speakeasy." We'd like to thank everyone that booked their hotel rooms early.
Here are some of the details...
When:
October 4-6, 2019.
Where:
Oglebay Resort
465 Lodge Rd.
Wheeling WV. 26003
Room reservations can be made by calling 800-624-6988 or 304-243-4000 and referencing the Western Reserve Viper Club to be a part of the room block.
Here is a tentative itinerary...
Friday
Dinner @ 7 p.m. Location TBD
Saturday
Cross Creek Park and Meadowcroft will be the sites of some amazing tours and photo opportunities. We will also stop for lunch at the Bullpen Rustic Inn between tour stops. And in case we forgot to mention, some fantastic roads to drive along the way. Plus, our Roaring Twenties themed dinner "Sneaky Pete's Speak Easy!" So come dressed in your best Flapper, Gangster, or Moonshiner attire!
Sunday
We have arranged tours through a glass blowing museum and a mansion museum, both located on site at the Oglebay Resort.
Cost of the event is $75 per person and includes all the tours, dinner Saturday night, event shirt, and commerative challange coin. Please send an email to westernreservevoa@gmail.com to get yourself registered.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
When registering please make sure to give us yours and your guest's (if applicable) tee shirt sizes. In order to get an event shirt we need your reservation in no later than SEPTEMBER 15TH. Event registrations taken after September 15th will not be eligible for an event shirt.
