Absolutely! It is April 29 through May 2, 2020!

Sorry you can't bring your toys but you can still participate in your rent cars!

I'm confused, 29th April to May 2nd 2020 is the date of the Actual event correct?

What I am asking is how do we register for the event? Do I book the hotel directly? Is there code for my members to use?

Well I can tell you that the hotel is currently accepting Bookings via Booking.com! A couple of my members have already reserved rooms at the Hotel for the dates in question with free cancellation.
they are now waiting to see what is the best deal (VOA) or Booking.com

It was released in Viper Quarterly VQ19, Page 1. April 30th through May 2, 2020 with registration opening in the Fall.

Registration will open October 10th and all information to make reservations will be made available. We will have a specific link for your room reservations and I'm fairly certain they will be less expensive than booking.com.

This right here is the main reason I'm looking forward to this event. Driving to the Keys has always been on my bucket list and to do it in my Viper would be an amazing experience.
