Not trying to be a smart ass. One has the ACR package and the other one doesn't. I've had questions too... My question for some time now is what exactly are the upgraded parts to make a Viper part of the Competition Group. I continue to look, however, I have nothing firm to this point

Competition Group - Suspension, delete radio, delete air conditioning, delete fog lamps, 5 Point Restraint Driving Belts, Low Restriction Air Cleaner (may be more)

what messed me up Comfort Group adds the radio and air conditioning back in (may be more)

I'm sure someone know the correct and full details

It's suppose to be "ACR" and "ACR Comfort Group" not "Competition Group". In essence the Competition Group = ACR .

I have several 1999 Vipers in my list that have the Competition Group designation that are not identified as ACR's. Again, I wish I knew the exact parts list that makes up the Competition Group.

I remember seeing a window sticker for a '99 ACR years ago. Competition Group was the terminology used in the price/option breakdown (ACR was the model name) and then listed was the Comfort Group. How many silver '99 GTSs were built with the cognac interior?

Sweet! I have 1 of 22! If I have researched correctly, none of the 22 could be ordered with stripes. I like the look so I added vinyl charcoal colored stripes to mine.

I know (knew?) the owner of one of these solid silver/cognac GTSs. However I haven't spoken to him in years. This one GTS though...he did modify it with various products and typical upgrades. It sounded really REALLY mean.

Nice list, I got a 99 black on black, that would make it one of how many? I know it will be lest than 151, depending on how many black no stripe cars have the cognac interior.
