Mid March signals a hint of promise that spring is near. Been a lot of snow up here this winter, some areas of Maine breaking records. That's saying something. Lots of ice on lakes, but no denying that the sun feels good and melting is picking up speed. Visited my GTS today and let her run a while so as to make sure battery is ok. Fired up nicely and idled like a champ. Cannot wait for April when I can start to organize my exhaust upgrade plans. Pretty much set on a Corsa cat back with Hi Flo cats. Its the sound I prefer given the various options. Also thinking hard about silver stripes one this red car, just a timeless look that is hard to beat. Well see. For all you that have been able to get out already, I'm quite jealous. As for the Vipers in warm climates, that must be plain awesome. Fingers crossed for an early Spring with no surprises ( like an early May snow - happens all too often. Been great keeping up to speed on this forum.
Lastly, a new colleague in our office noticed my GTS diecast and let me know that his father in law had an RT10 . Really loved the car back in the mid 90s. He showed up the next day with an awesome red Viper RT10 wool/leather jacket in a bag for me to have. I'll post on the correct page for one of the RT10 faithful to score . Just need some pics.

I too am envious of those who can enjoy their rides all year long. Been nice enough in Joisey to get her out of the garage. Here’s to an early spring. Let’s see that jacket!

Who would live in a place or buy a car in a place that you can't drive it?

Because sometimes you have to go where the Job is...
Who would live in a place or buy a car in a place that you can't drive it?
Probably because they purchased the car as an investment...;)

Hundreds of thousands of people. Lets start with the Motor City. Can you be just a little less of a douch bag? Just a little is all i ask.

Winter just gives me time to service the car and complete projects/mods. Keeps miles off the car and when it IS time to get it out its almost like driving it for the first time again. Well, maybe not quite like the first time but it does make it a little more special.

GregM and capevettes, great Pics. The BW in front of the garage looks just like mine. Looking at them kinda makes me want to abandon my warm spot down here in Florida early and get home.
Then I check the weather up there and still see freezing temps and rain/snow.
Oh well, the Harley will have to do for now.
Bike week in Daytona was a Hoot. Lots to see and do.

That's actually very funny. Somewhere there's a strip of land that's "just right". Probably a bunch of Vipers there. Funny

Greg, Just sold the C6 to a GM engineer yesterday. Still have the C7 Z06, 61 and 65. I am gearing up for a new Challenger coming this week and eventually the C8 Z06. It's this car addiction I have. Some have it worse though. Here is my small fleet.

You around next Saturday? Getting thirty...
Cars look nice...

Haha, yes if you can go to the Brewery today (Don't bring the Viper LOL), they have 2 new Double IPA's: Permutation #88 1 case, Sunrise Valley Double IPA 1 case. I'll pay you on Saturday as long as the cans haven't been battered by the asphault after another crash!!!

Please tell me there are pics of this...Of the totaled car, yes. as for the beers falling out of the passenger side when the cop opened the door, no.
True that when I called and told Paul I was in an accident and car was totaled and was going to be late meeting him at his house , his first response was "Oh no, is the beer ok?" That part is true as well.. Also true he complained some of his cans had dents in them.
PS, its not easy being his friend.. LOL...

Wow. You have good taste. Love the man cave. Is it an old structure? It must be 2 cars deep?
capevettes

Thanks Greg. Not that old. I built it when when bought the Lake house in 2002. It's 36 wide, 30 deep with a good size upstairs. Almost 2 deep, but not quite. I park one in the back perpendicular to the others, one on the lift.

Well, the GTS came home a couple weekends ago ( finally) and has basically been garage bound the entire time - save a quick jaunt to try out new rubber on my stock rims. Rain has been relentless these past couple weeks and looks to be continuing next as well. Cold too. Just brutal. Lows in the upper 30s and highs in the mid 40s does not sound like May!! Hilton Head bound to escape this crazy spring. Should have planned ahead and ordered exhaust and cats earlier. Good time to do a leisurely install. Hope your weather is a whole lot better.
