Just a tip for anyone here installing their own ARH headers that I highly recommend and reposting due to it really needs to be said.
Jack B posted a thread a while ago titled "How to install ARH headers" Link: https://driveviper.com/forums/threads/21149-HOW-TO-Install-ARH-Headers He posted a tip to change out the 12 point 3/8 wrench head bolt that ARH supplies for the collector to header flange to a 12 point 5/16 wrench head bolt.
I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH TO FOLLOW THIS TIP!!!!
I have had an exhaust leak on mine at the collectors for a while and had dreaded this fix knowing how much of a pain in the ass it is to get to all those bolts. Changing to the smaller wrench head bolts made a world of difference when I reinstalled the collectors. Thank you Jack B!
The bolt needed is a thread size of 3/8 - 16in with a 12 point 5/16 wrench head. I used ARP part # 400-1209 (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/arp-400-1209). Also I recommend acquiring a 1/4"drive - 5/16 12 point swivel socket and various extensions.
