Will a Arrow 9 0 build pass OBD2 plug in emissions test

I know the Stage 2 Arrow H/C pkg passes the OBD plug in test, per VE and first hand having owned one. Question is, is this true of the 9.0L build? If it matters, not the 9.0 extreme, just the 9.0 with H/C and headers setup. Thanks.

No, none of the packages are emissions compliant, they are for off road use only.

Thanks, Scot, technically I know all this stuff is Off road, I do my ACR with your Stage 2 passed MD emissions, they do a plug in OBD test, essentially looking for errors or pending errors. The HP tuners stuff can creat those and so a risk of not passing. I’m wondering if, although technically off road use, if a plug in test will pass. Bummer if not.
