Just like the title says. Is it possible? Has anyone done it? Could it be done with HP Tuners or would you need a stand-alone like AEM? I love my car, makes great power! But a 100-200 shot would be amazing. :D

You won't be able to do it with the Arrow ECU since you cannot tune on that at all. You'll need a stock ECU that you can then tune with HPT both for NA and for Nitrous. The other thing is that that if you're on a stock internal Gen4, I don't think I'd be throwing any nitrous at it at all. The cast pistons on the Gen4 is about maxed with just all of the bolt-ons from a safety perspective. If you try throwing another 125 - 250 engine HP on those things, you would likely be running on borrowed time.

That being said, I've got a 200 wet shot on my 2010 and it's a violent beast when the spray hits. I friggin' love it!!!!! But... I've got forged internals already so I'm not too concerned with the extra stress. I also run VP109 in a fuel cell for the nitrous for added safety too, which gives me a little peace of mind for avoiding detonation. I'm no expert by any means, but happy to answer any questions you have about the setup if you decide to move forward.

Oh nice. I have Arrow's Stage 2 package which comes with forged pistons and rods. I know about having to get a new PCM but are you on HP Tuners? Also, what is your fuel setup? How is traction at your power level? I'm around 650whp with a built 3.55 rear. You on stock gears? Thanks again for the assistance!

Nice, sounds pretty similar to my setup as Arrow did my internals as well... Yes, I went with HPT and it's worked great. Without going to a full AEM setup, I think HPT is really the only option. Only part that sucks is the cost to unlock the ECU for tuning. It'll run $1k just to unlock the ECU, but some places will sell you the HPT SW and OBDII cables for $1k including the credits. I've got a standalone, return style, fuel cell in my trunk that runs VP109. I didn't want to use the stock rails, so the VP109 only mixes with the nitrous when it sprays and just adds safety to avoid detonation.

You'll also want a window switch so the nitrous doesn't spray before the variable cam kicks in, else you'll go into limp mode.

I only spray at the track where I run 345 MT's. When the nitrous hits, it's violent... no doubt. Even on stock gearing. But those tires seem to hold it just fine. I don't know that I'd spray in 1st gear on the street, especially with 3.55's. You'll run out of 1st REAL fast and traction would be a concern. I think 2nd gear on some good tires on the street would be okay as long as it's not cold or wet out. 3rd and 4th gear wouldn't be a problem at all... and if hitting 1/2mi events, I think you'd be fine too...

Great info! I just PM'd you. Thanks again for your help!
