Does the gear shift knob on my 2013 GTS just screw off? I gripped mine and tried to get it off but it didn't move one bit and did not want to damage it in any way. I'm wanting to change mine out for a more colorful one. Anyone with info on how it comes off would be greatly appreciated.

Pull the leather boot down and you'll see where it unscrews. a couple wrenches gets the job done.

It has two nuts that back up to each other.

I love the barrel grip knob. I've had it all track season this year and won't ever look back.

4th to 5th feels so much smoother.

With the 3.07s, I don't get into 5th at the track...or any of the tracks I've been too. I hit about 137-140mph at the local track and that's the top of 4th.

I go back and forth with swapping to the 3.55s, but I feel like 3.07 is a good gear for most tracks.
