So I did something stupid a couple months ago. Got decent money for my '17 ACR-E so I sold it and talked myself into an F430 manual.
Instantly regretted it...like within a few miles. The F430 wasn't as much fun as the 360 Modena manual I had and I just missed the uniqueness and inimitable feel of the ACR.
So the dealer that bought it has taken a bit of pity on me and will sell it back to me with a small margin to cover his costs.
Don't know what I was thinking...people told me not to do it as it was the car my son and father and I visited the plant to see and is such a unique experience.
Anyway...will be happy to have it back!33956

Welcome back! Hopefully you can work some kind of way to unwind your original sale so that you don't have to pay taxes on the car all over again. I know that here in California, if I were to try this, I'd be paying sales tax on the car that I just bought back and that would hurt.

Sales Tax Credit if applicable in his state. Only owe sales tax on the difference and im just going to assume the ferarri has a higher trade in value then the ACR-E combined

Thats awesome. You should frame the CarFax report once you retitle it in your name.

How many miles on the ODO between the time you gave it to them, and the time you got it back?

Yes, was it driven at all, or did it just sit in the showroom for a couple months?
Gorgeous car.

I used the Ferrari tax advantage toward a C2S for my wife (that I get to drive sometimes too;-)

I'm Canadian...don't talk to me about taxes!

I'll have to look it up to compare. Don't know exactly but it's close.

Gorgeous car.
Seems to have just sat. Will know for sure when I get it back.

430 manual is shit - good choice.
I had a 360 spider manual years ago and it was incredible. Went to upgrade to a 430 manual and laughed at how god awful it was with that engine. F1 suited the 430 gens.

Yeah totally didn't see that coming...
Also got caught up in the "last manual Ferrari" thing and then quickly realized I'm not a collector but a driver...
