1. not much louder than stock... a little deeper and a little louder.
2. much cooler rocker covers! I'll get a temp read after a good drive.
Couldn't get those nice clamps to seal completely so I welded them. good mod, spent $15 on tubing.
Removing the rocker covers was as easy as its been described, 10 screws. :t0152:

No much louder? You must have rear exhaust then or restrictive mufflers / factory headers. I have Belangers, no cats, spirals, and side exit. It is very loud.

Gen 1 , yes very restrictive stock mufflers(looks like they reduce down to well under 2") AND factory headers.

Yeah, don't know about not being too much louder.

I have stock headers and a Corsa cat back.... when I removed my cats it got significantly louder. And that's a rear exhaust G2 GTS.

My wife didn't even notice if that's any indication of the increase in sound,Lol. Remember I still run stock/very restrictive mufflers too.

Definitely need to replace the stock/very restrictive mufflers! IF that's the sound you're wanting
