Just interested in above and in particular if you do run them and use your car on track has it
made any difference to your track performance? I understand street performance is better but wondering if this also improved your track performance and if so was it worth it compared to your ACR Bilsteins?

I have them but unfortunately I never ran the stock bilsteins so I cant compare! I do have them sitting in a box though and might try them out someday. What I can tell you is that the tuning on the DSCSport box was completely off (this is not just an opinion but a fact), it took me 45 different calibration files to get the calibration to where it should be. Take into consideration however that while you will be able to control the stiffness of the dampers based on different inputs you CANNOT seperate compression from rebound control. So when you add stiffness you are adding both compression and rebound together (which is counterintuitive to begin with).

Also you can get the dampers with external resevoir (very important if you track, which you do), they also have a damper that has external low-speed and high-speed compression adjusters, so you have the internal electronic valve which contols compression and rebound, including the manually adjustable clickers. It can get very confusing very fast unless you like to experiment.

You can download the software for free to take a look at it, but the current Viper file on the website is outdated and I tried getting the latest one with no luck, ill contact DSCSport once again.

If anything I would look into a set of 4 way adjustable Penske coilovers or 4 way Ohlins with either identical spring rates, or slightly different such as 550lbs front and 1350lbs rear springs (with proper valving) to reduce some strain from the front tires by shifting load to the rear axle.

Goodluck!

Many thanks buddy. Its a shame that you never tried the stock Bilsteins to draw a reference point. I have to say the stock setup is very good and I'm not unhappy with it, but you know how things are, we are always looking to see if perhaps we're missing a trick with something else! LOL. I do wonder if I go to 4 way I'll just add more complexity to my life which is not something I need. I think I'll probably just keep the existing setup for the time being until and if someone comes up with as a comprehensive alternative outlining settings plan/geo that SRT have given us with their videos and literature.

Well, I dont know if you will ever find any comprehensive suspension upgrade for the ACR in the future. Since I like to experiment however I did manufacture my own custom sway bars. Went 1.5mm larger front and rear bars. The front bar came in at %27 stiffer than stock and the rear at %31 stiffer (in addition to stiffer bushings) I only installed the rear bar and the car handles MUCH better than before, I can push the car about 4 KPH faster in every corner ive tested so far which to me has proven to be a successful upgrade and not some placebo effect.

4-way dampers will make your life harder I must admit, I for one will totally loose my mind if I had 4 way's since im OCD.

Interesting about the sway bars. Are they adjustable now? Will you be making any available for fellow Viperista or was it just a one off? Interested to hear once you put the front on too.

Any reason not to design in multiple end-link mount points for tension adjustment at the bar. Wonder if using adjustable end-links would offer the same range of adjustment.

I dont think ill be installing the fronts, since the main objective was to increase load on the rear axle and reduce some stress off the front end. I had to purchase a set of stock bars, had them shipped over to a sway bar manufacturer and made him fabricate the bars for me. I told him to take measurements just incase someone else wanted some bars, so if youre interested I can put you through. Each bar cost me $500. If you feel your car is absolutely balanced at the moment then you can probably use both front and rear, but it seems stiffening the rear only might be a better approach and should reduce stress on the front tires.
