This car was professionally restored back to factory original in 2002 by a Mustang restoration shop in Roane County Tennessee. This was my dads car and unfortunately my dad died in 07. It's time now that someone else can enjoy it as much as my dad did. Now that I have the Viper the Mustang has stayed at my mothers house in the garage under covered. I am planning to sell the Mustang this spring and wanted to post it here first before I decide on how I want to do it, I want to avoid Ebay for now.

I have all the original restoration documents and invoices. As I said it is a C-Code car with an automatic and power steering. The only change that were done was the upgrade to an Edelbrock intake and Holly 4bbl. I know he kept the original drivetrain which was rebuilt and the motor is also original to the car. The motor was blueprinted and balanced which I have the documents showing that information along with everything else that was done to the car. I will look for some interior pictures and will post those when I find them.

The only addition dad did to the restoration that was not original to the car was the GT strip along the rocker panel. The interior and exterior are in outstanding shape along with under the hood. I will be sending it to the Mustang Doc since he has helped me in the past and he also did the appraisal for me. (http://mustangrestoration.net/)

I will schedule the shop visit with him once the weather clears to make sure it goes to its new home in perfect shape. If anyone has any question please PM me. If you are somewhat local to Huntley Illinois you are welcome to view the car I just need to set up a time since I live out of state.
BTW, The second picture was a car show that I won the "Best In Show" award which I still have. It was put on by the Illinois Mustang club that I belonged to. (http://www.stallionsgate.com/)

I am asking $28,900 and I will consider any reasonable offers.

Best thing here would be to put an ad in the classifieds. Sorry about your Dad...

Hey Venmpwr,
The thread is good here... I thought if you also had a classified listing it would help you get a bigger audience...
