Has anyone purchased the service manual via the CD or Flashdrive from the Viper Store? I'm looking into getting it and was wanting to know if it's worth it or not. Does it provide ample information on topics covering suspension breakdown?

I have purchased this CD or ZD? however can't get it to run. It launches but when I hit the key to open it's a blank page. Any help is very much appreciated.
