View Full Version : My horrible nth moto experience beware

As many of you have noticed, I’ve taken down my recent posts I made about Nth Moto.
I wanted to take a minute to say that Nth Moto and I have come to a satisfactory agreement to resolve the issues regarding the Lamborghini and am happy with Nth Moto’s professionalism in resolving this matter. Aaron and I both wish things would have been handled differently.
Thank you,
Anthony Taylor

I have a feeling this thread will get moved since it isn't Gen 5 Viper related...sucks to hear, but I've heard that owning a car like the one you describe isn't cheap, and it looks like you found out the hard way. Every story has two sides, so I'm curious to hear what they have to say (if they'll even reply).

Obviously you need to get a lawyer and sue their ass. Ridiculous that you were treated this way.
Yikes! This is shocking to hear IMO. I dealt with Aaron in procuring their clutch and it is the best aftermarket clutch I have ever encountered.
I hope you’re able to get everything sorted and am interested to hear Nth’s position on the matter.

I have done many projects with Nth Moto and has been nothing like you are describing. They have always been 1st class and willing to help with problems right away weather they are there’s or someone else’s. So you bought a used car from someone else and you want them to buy it back? Cost big $$ to run and race a car like that. I have seen said other shop go though the finish line on fire with a hole in the block but they won the race. The guys playing that game are just willing to spend unlimited funds and that is why the limits of these cars are so fast today.

Crazy experience. Any reason to not just find a used Gallardo yourself and let UGR or Dallas Performance build it?

Sorry to hear about the situation! Can't believe how much money you have spent/wasted! I can't even get people to pay their legitimate bill for $20 for world-class services! I don't know how certain people or businesses are slick enough to take thousand to hundreds of thousands from people and provide services that suck or are non-existent.

Wow. I always thought these guys were squeaky clean. Between the previous owners comments and your experience something smells really bad with this deal. Hope you get a just outcome from this.

Also the prior owner came forward on my Facebook post which the link is there in this thread. They threatened to sue Nth Moto if they didn’t buy it back or fix. Nth Moto found me to dump it on. Also other Nth Moto customers came forward on my facebook thread saying they have had issues as well. This was my true experience.
Yes I read your thread again and I don’t see how even with inspections Nth Moto could see a bearing or axle that was about to fail? We are talking about a 2000rwhp Race car. Not a 1000rwhp Street car. Most of the things I see on your list are just bad luck. So can you explain in full detail how it is a Nth Moto built part that they did wrong that failed? Maybe this fuel cable design is not the most reliable but is it expensive to have a spare and be prepared? I am not bashing you but I have been down this road and Nth was a big help to fix my problems. Let’s look at what is truly there fault vs just some bad luck braking some parts on a monster H.P. car. The shop you have it at now has broke many of them getting things to the level they are at.

Personally, I would never feel comfortable shelling out a quarter million dollars and I didn't go see/drive the car first hand but to each their own.
Mo money mo problems.

This is very hard for me to digest. I always had them on the top of my list for a TT build. Between Anthony's terrible experience and all of the others coming forward on fb I'm just speechless. It's sad to see a very dark side of this shop come out.

It's a shame this thread got moved to a different section, now it will get a lot less exposure.

Wasn't a problem for me. It shows up right there in the New Posts tab. The only people who won't see it are those that only go to a specific forum like Gen 5. But, if that were so, they obviously only want to read about Gen 5 viper stuff; so, they probably aren't missing anything that they wanted to be seeing or they wouldn't have excluded the other forum areas. How would the Gen 1,2,3,4 guys know to see this in the Gen 5 forum?

Absolutely! This forum should definitely consider having only one single sub-forum so that everyone's threads will get the most exposure! Makes sense. Sheesh ...

Good for you, nobody looks at the new post tab.
You would have to read through shit that isnt relevant (to me and many others) like new posts from the Gen 1 and 2 sections.

Either your're just an asshole or your're seriously butthurt about something.
Isnt rellivant? Because it isnt something about gen Vs?
In case you havent noticed this is a forum for viper owners. Not a gen V Viper forum. Maybe you should start one. Or better yet, go hang out on FB...

Guess again. The "New Posts" button is the one I hit every time I come to this forum. You don't have to read through any "shit" you don't want to read. It only shows the topics that have new posts. It's just that easy.

Hey grumpy gills lol I click the New Posts tab every time. I might just be nosey though, I like knowing what you affluent Gen Vers are doing.

The "New Posts" section seems to make sense, however, there have been no meaningful posts since the move.

This thread will die here quickly so there wont be any need for Nth to reply with their side. Most that hit this site, including non-owners/potential new owners hit the latest and greatest Gen V section. So most won't see this thread even with the "New Posts" function imho.

When and If Nth wants to reply, they will find this thread. I am sure they already know it's here. Besides the OP and Nth, the rest of the replies are just fodder.
BTW, I always click "new posts".;)

Yes im "butt hurt" that i have to read through posts I dont not care to read about, again like gen 1 and 2 sections.
I bookmarked the Gen V section for a reason. The gen 1 and 2 and even 3/4 dont pertain to me. So why should I read about posts in that section?

Well maybe you should realize there are many people that do care about the gen 1 and 2 sections. I can speak for a large amount on here (unlike your false assumption that no one uses the new post feature) who do care about the gen 1 and 2 sections. Many of which own a Gen V and older generations.
Many of us just like Vipers, sure a lot of the early generation stuff dosent pertain to me. Dosent mean it isnt worth a look... #Viperkid...
I do get your point tho, i wouldnt want to weed through a bunch of snowflake gen v guys whining about heat in the cabin, or how they have to use force to shut their trunk lid....Or how their new 100k Viper just isnt doing something they expect it to do. Yeah, that is annoying...

Stunning.
Look, bottom line is the subject of this thread revolves around work that was done to a Lamborghini NOT a Viper. It was moved to the "Other Rides" forum where it belongs. If you find this so inconvenient and it upsets you to this degree, then I salute you. You win at life.

All I use is the New Post Button..
Good thing I don't just care about gen 1 and 2 and am interested in all Vipers or I would never have read this thread..
I am also glad I don't think all other Gen threads are just noise.. I have learned allot from other Gen posts.
I guess I am not a "know it all"
