It is not done yet but everything is roughly in place. I am sure there are many better ways of doing this but this is what we came up with.

Using 2 Tilton pumps and both coolers under the trunk area. While the pump attachments points look ugly, this way we didn't have to drill anything. : )

Looking good! I am about to wrap mine up hopefully next weekend. I forgot to ask, how did you mount the coolers and fans? Thanks for posting

At what point is a diff or trans cooler deemed necessary on these cars?

If you track longer than 25 minute sessions or if you track a lot. Even with the finned rear diff cooler on the ACR, FCA still recommends adding a diff cooler when tracking the ACR. It is precautionary in most cases. It isn't a go fast part so most won't add it until they fry a diff.

Thanks! I bought the Setrab brackets for both coolers and mounted them together to the area under the trunk and bent it to have enough space (Could have been better with slightly smaller cooler core I guess) Bolt holes are hidden under the electronic stuff in the trunk so that was neat. We did add an extra "brace" in the middle of both to keep it rigid. I will take a better picture and post it.

Another question, this one regarding your pump placement. I get the reason for using the mounts you did, but why would you mount the pump on top? I know the Tilton's are self priming pumps but will they pull well enough when above reservoir line (fluid level in diff and transmission)? Could you turn them with the motor on top still?

I don't think there would be a pump power problem but Tilton does call out to have the motor above the pump to avoid damage in case there a fluid leak when it is mounted vertical. We are debating if it is worth rotating it around now for that reason but laziness might win this battle.
