I built this CF wing for another car using a Wortman profile appropriate for about 200 mph and below. In this case I built a buck (basically a wooden wing), pulled molds off the top and bottom, built the CF skins in the molds, and joined them with a few internal ribs and a 1 inch square aluminum spar - much like building a model airplane wing. The end plates are also CF. If I were to build a wing for the ACR, I would pull a set of molds off an existing wing, which will be complicated because of the split wing at the outboard ends. I would then pull CF parts from those molds and join them (not too complicated). After looking inside the ACR wing AZVIPER installed on his 2013 (see his recent thread), it looks like there is no internal substructure - just the strength and rigidity of the skin to hold its form. There were no reinforcing plates inside the wing where the brackets riveted to the wing - just a little thicker lay-up of the CF. Hope this helps.

He gave me prices.... I want to make my own... like Pappy did... But I think I would go foam core and then figure out how to wrap without melting the foam inside...
