Driver Side Window Scratches

Did a search and didn't find the needed info.

Noticed that the driver's side window has scratches in several locations from going up and down. Questions:

1. What is causing?

2. What needs to be adjusted and how?

3. has anyone polished out scratches?

I've never heard of this before. I doubt it's a known issue. What year and model is your viper?

Wonder if it the track causing the scratch. Needs adjustment? Might need to get a new window.

Where are the scratches exactly? Middle of the window or edges?

middle and maybe 1/2 inch. Small but I can feel the groove.

Never been tracked - low mileage - pampered
