I had my Gen 3 at their shop for some extensive work. They:
1. Communicated quickly and honestly, and were available to answer any questions I had
2. Were extremely transparent, they created an issue on their own, disclosed it, and repaired it on their own.
3. They have a viper tech
These items are what I would consider to be the bare minimum for customer service, but in Calgary no other dodge dealer has been able to achieve these items for me.
For now, I plan to trust any work on my new-to-me Gen 5 at Varisty.
