Any reason not to buy a base srt 2016

Thinking abt pulling the trigger on a base 16 bc it's in my favorite comp blue color and low miles.

I know it doesn't have adjustable suspension and the better seats but any reason not to buy? How stiff is the suspension?

The base model seats are my favorite. The suspension isn't that bad, upgrade if you're a track rat otherwise it will be fine.

I do have the full leather Sabelt seats, so I can't comment on the base seats. But mine are comfy.

I think* they sell Xtreme Motorsports carbon parts, which I read are quite highly regarded. JonB at viperpartsrack also sells some, (I have a set of his TA 2.0 front splitters I’m planning to sell), there is OEM but those parts could be on backorder forever. Agency Power sells CF, but it seems their reviews are middling at best.

I would recommend sticking with one supplier so the CF weave stays similar.

I think the OP's car doesn't have the Stoptechs - so rotating weight a little heavier, but this is a great car. Nice looking, congrats and enjoy!

Why would I not buy it....Let me start with a blown off roof, blown engines, bad ring and pinion and the list goes on of problems guys are having with these cars. Me, just a blown off roof. That's all. Take your chances. The car is gorgeous though.

So a hand made, low production exotic car had a few problems. That must have cost a fortune, oh wait free repairs for everybody. What, free coffee and a free loaner car. Yeah this is terrible.

Comp blue looks great with carbon fiber accents. Another DSC suspension user here too. Cutting edge performance, with a better street ride than the GTS bi-mode to boot. Honestly, I wouldn't be afraid of MCS suspension either, for the tracking I do.

Bright colored cars with black add ons always stand out. That’s why TA orange is the tits. White TA, green vipers with TA add ons all look bad ass too. I love my gunmetal pearl but would not kick any of those out of bed... well maybe venom green.
