My 2013 GTS' warranty expires mid next year. (Purchased new on 2015) I have never purchased extended warranty for any car before, could someone give me some guidance on this?
Also my driver's seat squeaks, I ignored it long enough but I can't manage it anymore :). Did anyone have this issue? Is this something warranty would cover? (Seat replacement)

Deffinetly recommended to buy extra warranty, most like bumper to bumber, but all i needed was powertrain, mine cost 1400 because of this, but if you have an R28 car, you have engine warranty for 10 years automatically. Warranty wont cover the seat squeak. Warranty has covered the leather malfunction on the butt of the seat before though on some cars.

Just get Mopar Maximum Care, no other 3rd party ones. I have it on my 2013 Charger SRT and have one on my 2015 Hellcat. It's paid out twice for my Charger and already reaching the amount I paid for the warranty (Around 1800 bucks). Not sure if we have sponsors that would prevent me from advertising which sites you can buy them online from. (Takes about 15-20 minutes since you have to do a phone call after to verify info then email back some paperwork you sign). It's taken at every Dodge dealer and theres $100 deductible and $200 deductible options to lower the premium cost. Also 12 Month 0% financing.
Edit: ClayR is your man.

Thanks for quick responses guys. Clay, I will reach out to you soon.
For the seat, I am disappointed at 200 lbs I somehow managed to make it squeaky. I guess I will keep an eye on eBay

I had a seat squeak and it was fixed by warranty. It ended up being a bad seat track. Call Clay!

Dealer tries to charge you for everything here. They did a module update or flash of some kind for a check engine light...blah blah anyway they wanted me to pay for it...turns out they didn't realize I had extended warranty. I told them I shouldn't be paying even if I didn't have extended warranty. I have had 4 new fords over the years and never would Ford ever charge me for a TSB.

I have a random squeak from my seat but turned out to be from the seat beat buckle whenever I'd move just right.

ACRSNK, I bought my extended warranty from Clay. I highly recommend using him very knowledgeable.
I think for the cost of the warranty on a car like this you'd be crazy not to grab it. It's like $1900 and change for another 5 years of bumper to bumper coverage. I could see if you got the 10 year powertrain it's not QUITE as good of a deal but still, $380/yr for full warranty on this car?!! its a no brainer... to me... and i hate warranties. I just hope that if i sell my car someone will see the value in that and see what I paid and be willing to pay the same in addition if they purchase the car.

I bought one when I bought the car. With failures like windows, etc, it can come in handy. Even though I have the 10 year powertrain, windows, electronics, etc would be covered under the extended.

Yeah I've had some silly little things like door rattles, I feel like it's petty sometimes but when I bring it in they know exactly what needs to be done because everyone has had the same issues
