My 2014 has a habit of not fully closing door windows when doors are closed. ?First go at the dealer was a recalibration of the window sensors after multiple faults codes we observed. After one more time with no result ( they could not observe continue fault), the dealer was able to observe this infrequent bug on the drivers side and replaced the regulator assembly. Every time I drop it off I ask them to check the drivers and passenger side as both are still infrequently malfunctioning.
My worst problem is a leak around the glass at the top center of the hatch it is like a waterfall out of the top center of the hatch. I believe it has been in 4 times for correction, they said they would have a third party glass company look at it but I have never seen any evidence on the RO's of that, only one that said the glass company did not show. They have put multiple layers of clear RTV in the seal a number of times, but the leak is still there. They have now ordered a complete new hatch and will have to paint the new hatch to match the 3+ year old white with black stripe hatch to match the rest of the body.
I checked the forum and could not find others with these issues. Advice would be welcome regarding the phantom door window problem and matching the older paint (paint matching technologies).

My 2014 does not have either of these issues, almost at 20k miles. Hopefully the dealer can resolve both for you- unfortunately one of the issues with Viper ownership is finding a competent dealer service dept locally.

The quality control department in the early production years of the generation attended moron university sadly. Hope it gets sorted soon.
