Remote Open Window Feature

Looking through the 2010 owners manual I found listed a Remote Window Open Feature that allows you to do just that by pushing the Unlock button on the remote once and then press and hold the same button a second time until both window lower. This feature is not working on my car and I was hopping someone can confirm this is a thing before I dig into trying to fix it.

I have come across little things like this that have made it into a owners manual of a car but never made it into the car it self before. I also found it strange that if Dodge put this into the Gen4"s why didn't they carry it over to the Gen5"s as I don't have this feature in my 2013 GTS.

My Gen4 is black and this feature would be very helpful during these summer months.

I've never tried on my Viper, it worked on my 2011 Ram but not on my 2015 Ram, I was told they stopped doing it due to safety/security.

Maybe aftermarket options exist?

I bought a piece for my c7 called window valet.

I use it every time I park the car to put windows up, or when I'm returning to drop them.
