Once this comes out before holiday season this year, I'll try to organize a Viper-only VOA forum member race in Forza. Should help pass the time in the off-season (people from the South, shut up! :))

There is a Gen V but it's not a production car:

2014 Dodge #93 SRT Motorsports Viper GTS-R
That's cool though to have one in Forza. Hopefully there will be one in the next Gran Turismo too.

So far the GT car list has the GT3-R listed. But maybe they will add the ACR before release

The 2016 Viper ACR is available for Forza Horizon 3 as part of a Downloadable content called Alpinestars Car pack

Horizon is not even a true driving sim. It's more of an arcade. I want to have my ACR, with it's physics, on racetracks that I drive (Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, etc). Horizon is totally useless for that.

I'm the same way. I want a true sim not arcade style. Gran Turismo has been the best sim for decades now, but Forza has come a long way and they are pretty close now.

Much cheaper than 160k for a new one with tax :)

I was going to reach out to them and try to coordinate getting the car scanned or at least determine what it would cost. Was thinking more along the lines of the gen II GTS-R or gen V GTS-R/GT3-R.

Spoke with iRacing. As expected the major barrier would be the licensing agreement. Such an effort could cross the six figure threshold. There isn't room for the car in their build order at this time.

Yeah, that's not the ACR. It's the GT3-R like I mentioned before. Personally I think I prefer the GT3-R in the game if I had to choose one over the other.

This car already exists in Forza Motorsport 6 as well, I have done a lot of driving in it and it's pretty good. It's a bit of a bear to drive though.

No problem, I'll revisit it at some point. Have the contacts to make it happen, but as usual it's all about having the money.
