Several weeks ago, I posted some pictures of my car with the new wheels. Those pics were as good as I could do with the iPhone. However, Strasse Wheels had a photographer that lives only 20 minutes from me. I love how they turned out. Below is a link to the full resolution pictures.

I was very pleased with how they turned out. Definitely worth the 2 hours.

Sadly, no on the truck. It is missed.

They remind me of Gen 3 wheels.

There is a resemblance....just more aggressive.

What wheels did you have originally? I like your new look, I'm just curious what the original wheels looked like. If they were the 5 star rattler wheels before then I think that is a huge improvement.

It's been somewhat of a metamorphosis! The car originally had the black vapor rattler wheels. I then switched to the SWII's, which I loved, but they seem to be the wheel that everybody had. So I went back to the rattlers again and then finally to these . It's a good thing my wife doesn't know the amount of money I have lost on wheels over the last couple of years. But thanks. It's my favorite look of my car so far.

I really wanted the SM5R's, but couldn't get that in a 6 lug. They have a slight variation in the SM6R, to which they are adding an additional spoke. A guy on here had those (black Viper with gold wheels). But at that point, they begin to look like the SWII's again.

Ryan, I was unaware that you sold your car. I hope you sold it for what it's worth ($150K)!

By the way, it's Ron, not Michael. But I've been called much worse!

Ah, sorry about that! I confused you with another Carbon owner. I sold mine a couple weeks ago. I wish it was for 150! Haha

Car looks Stunning - What size tires did you end up going with on the front?

Do you have some kind of medical condition that requires you sell your viper every 8 months? : ). So, what's next? I still like the black with green accents from a few years ago.

Sorry for the thread hijack. OP, I love the wheels. I actually am a fan of the stock 10 spokes from gen III and you are right. It is a more agressive looking wheel than those. I think it compliments well. The tires look meaty too. Good choice.

Those wheels are on their way to Poland, where they will be installed on a Cziko's red, 2014 GTS.
