when you turn the wipers on whether intermittently or full the passenger side drags. Works about half as much as the driver side. Doesnt sound like the motor since it does move sometimes. Linkage maybe?

Take the arm off and see if that changes anything.

I will try that and see if it moves normally.

I don't think that there is any "linkage." I'd guess that it could be the gearbox part of the motor assembly or the splines on the shaft, or the nut holding the wiper on the shaft is loose.

I checked the nut and cleaned the contacts. Nothing changes, the driver side works fine in intermittent, low and high. the passenger side only works in intermittent even when in low or how. Sounds like the control module but i am open to suggestions.

I was recently reminded by Tom Sessions that with Gen I and II Vipers, the wiper motor that appears to be working abnormally is usually the GOOD motor and the side that appears to be working normally is the faulty motor. Apparently the jerky side is trying to track the bad side. Often times they will tangle in the middle.

Be SURE you have correctly diagnosed the problem before spending money as the two motors are not interchangeable.

If you're having to use your wipers after the drive thru car wash switch to hand washing. Like at a Pep Boys *Ricer Days* event.

Here's Slow Poke getting his speedo on. Notice no wiper issues :)

Dave, I though that the mods had warned you to stop posting your screensaver photos on the forum. They are disturbing.

That was me today actually. Managed to blow a hole in my upper rad hose lol. That coolant makes one hell of a mess after a hard drive and pressured up!

Well after troubleshooting the issue some more and listening to some advice it was the driver wiper motor that was bad. Thanks for the help.
