Hi,

I wonder if anyone has the measurement or dimensions of the new ACR or ACR extreme rear spoiler (wing) as I looked for it everywhere but I couldn't find it. I'm almost close to create the full kit, only wing left

Please support by providing your feedback

would love to see the "kit" you created! any pics?

You will also have to upgrade the spring rates as the aero from the ACR-E will otherwise flatten the suspension. It starts to work at speeds greater than 50 mph.

I will post the pics once everything is ready, it is under process right now, only the wing measurement is missing :(

That will be the second step after the kit

Does anyone whave an idea??

I'm pretty sure the exact measurement of the ACR-E wing is 1,876 mm or 1.87 meters wide.

Yes it is bro, but I'm looking for the whole carbon fiber measurement to copy it exactly the same

What are you going to make it out of? Carbon fiber or fiberglass? Wouldnt you need one in hand to make a mold? It's a very complex wing.
What exact measurements do you need? What have you already made? The stanchions and wing end plates?

I have prepared an ACR kit ( front splitter, rear Diffuser, hood.. ) the only missing part is the wing. I found the stanchions and the end plays and so easy to copy it, but I couldn't find the carbon fiber part of the wing where I can even mold it and create one. I just need the 3D scan, fiber mold, carbon fiber finishin or anything can support me to create one. I know it's complex, but with the measurement it will be easy

Finally, yes I have all the tools, even the vacuum machine which compress the carbon fiber, but I don't have an idea on the wing measurement itself, it's not only how wide it is, it's even the whole wing measurement

You may need to fly out with some equipment to where there is one so that you can scan it. That seems to be the easiest route here.

Otherwise, I agree, it's going to be tough not having one on hand. I doubt too many owners know how to do this, or how to take the wing off their car and make a mold (aside from the initial hurdle of someone being willing to do all of that).

The wing has many complex curves. It would not be possible to measure it with ordinary tools. You would need to laser scan it or create a mold for sure.

You can't rely on an owner to know exactly what dimensions to give you, have you seen one in person? There are far too many curves to allow an amateur to take those critical numbers down for you. I agree with the others on flying out and scanning one. Perhaps you should post your location and we can see if there is a willing member to meet you. I see many vipers in Dubai on IG so I'm sure you don't have to travel too far.

Anyone know how tall the wing sits, measuring from the floor to the wing's highest point?

I know it's not gonna be easy, and flying over would be a waste specially if the person ignores you once you reach there. I had an agreement with one guy, so let's see how it goes. I'm gonna mold it and create a copy that will benefit everyone searching for the same wing.

It will be a success only if you agree to mold yours :)

What car are you doing it on? I understand the dowmnforce will easily crack a 13/14 trunk since it is not reinforced.

Working on 2013+ models. If it is measured well, it won't brake anything

Trust me while there are many things I would tackle building a mold for the wing isn't one of them. I simply do not have the experience or equipment to do it.

Your effort is appreciated. I found some guys who are ready to cooperate and mold their wings in professional shops so let me see how it goes and I'll post it once done

Mine is 50" at the highest point, rear frame is 5.5" off the ground. If you are measuring for a lift or stacker trailer, this could vary a few inches depending on frame height, tire pressures etc.

Thank you! I have cabinets in my garage on both sides, so I was inquiring to figure out if my 2-car garage might become a 1-car garage :) I believe my cabinets provide 54" of clearance so I'm good!

hi guys,

these are examples on wing measurements and sizes for whoever can support to take it with normal meter measurer

this first picture shows all the required measurements I'm looking for considering the start and end of each yellow line in the pic

one thing is missing which is the height of the middle wholes between the lower and upper part of the carbon fiber

Man you aren't screwing around. LOL. I was a little skeptical when you first posted this thread. Did you ever get the wing laser scanned?

I will give you a better news, I got the whole wing to mold and copy. serious work started and developing the wing dimensions to be exact is in progress. wait for the result :)

do you have the front ACR splitter for sale ? also the rear TA spoiler ?

Will you be making a non-extreme front splitter extension? I'd be interested in attaching that for the street. TIA.

so the ACR wing is roughly 70.4" long, 16.2 tall (front) and 17.7 tall (rear) ?
can somebody please confirm that ? thank you

I've been following this for a while too. Multiple venders claim they are making reproduction wings/hardware but none have followed through on my request for stanchions and wing brackets.

Xtreme Supercars DOES make the stanchions and end plates, both in carbon fiber, you can see pics here- https://www.facebook.com/XtremeSupercars/
If they aren't being responsive you can also order them and the wing through Doug Shelby- http://www.dougshelbyengineering.com/viper.html
For the record Xtreme's wing, end plates, brackets, stanchions save a total of 6.4 lbs over stock and that's high up weight.

I don't know what happened to this project. I think I saw the splitter and wing on a car here in Kuwait recently. The wing was a very good copy.
