I didn’t realize the Viper used in the infamous Roadkill episode was still kicking. They give it a pretty favorable review as a daily driver.

Just goes to show, if you get a good one, you get a good one. This guy drove this car the same amount as I drive my Ram. And it ever missed a beat. I wonder if he even checked the oil?

No golden trinket caused this meltdown. Rather it was the request for the return of an Adrenaline Red 2015 Dodge Viper GT that our parent company TEN was forced to buy after someone unnamed ruined all its resale value by off-roading it on a Motocross course.

I've ran into her driving this car about 3 times now in Los Angeles. Wish I had a snake either time I did.
I know exactly what part of the 405 she's referring to that's bumpy...I would throw my GTS into race mode just to piss my girlfriend off on that part...hahahaha
I'm so glad she wrote this piece. Just wish other people could have read this kind of piece ages ago.

Thanks for the article! I saw that video and am surprised at how well the car stood up to the abuse. Even better then the others as far as I am concerned, and that is saying something, as I would have expected the car to be trashed. I was even appalled that they left the windows open (dust), let alone the physical abuse!
I am looking to sell my low mile '96 GTS to get in to a Gen 5 GTS. Why a GTS? Because I am 48 and tired of keeping cars in the garage to look at. I want a car that I can take out once a week and enjoy the crap out of it!
I really enjoyed reading the article to see what I have to look forward to and to my surprise it fared very well!

What a bunch of f*cking idiots. This is what you get when you cross automotive "journalism" with a bunch of internet idiots who live in their parents' basement.
The idiocy of some of these yahoos is astounding. And anybody who derives any enjoyment from that trash they write is probably on the same middle-school mentality level as these clowns.

main reason I got a GTS Laguna was it didnt cost too much more than a base one on the used market, especially when considering the price difference when new. Get all the options, less regrets.

I'm with you on that. Driving a car hard, like it was meant to be, is one thing. Intentional abuse is another.

I was under the impression Dodge allowed them to hoon that car on that motocross track since it was a pre-production and as mandated with most manufactures; would get sent to the crusher.
Surprised if it is true that it was a re-sell able car that they were not authorized to use carelessly and had to actually buy it?

Definitely not a pre-production car I believe it is a 2015 MY car, but they did get permission from Dodge to hoon around all 3 cars.
