Car is kept in the garage on a tender. Just got in and there was clicking coming from the dash. Got out, door would not reopen for a min or so. Got back in and tried to start it, nothing. Can turn key backwards for radio. When I go forward with the key the dash kits up kind of dimly and whe. I try to start it I just get clicking from the engine Bay.
Thinking this is just the battery?
Appreciate the help in advance!

Probably...but, there can be other things that can/have come into play. I would suggest that you put a charger on it...BUT do not attempt to use the extra amp button for starting if your charger has one. Will be happy to walk you through other situations...especially if alarm goes into shut down. 317-402-9013

Connect a voltmeter from the positive terminal to ground and make sure it reads 12v min before you try and start it and also when you are trying to start it. If not make sure ground is good. This will indicate your battery has lost a cell.25622
If you have 12v in both cases, then there is a whole procedure in the service manual to check for what the problem could be. Mine turned out to be the starter relay after I went through all the steps in the manual.
