Been dreaming of this for over a year. Started this first day home, just finally got time to finish it today. Doug Shelby, this is why I was hounding you for those ACR-E anchors. And this is why I bought your ACR-E track extension.

Well-done. When do you start selling them?

Been away from home 14 months, need to catch up on a few things but I plan to make more. Not fond of the grey but have most of a sheet left from another project.

Of a sheet of exactly what kind of material are you referring to and how far did you take it back, did you over lap the stock front under pan or replace the stock pcs completely with your new part. Looks very good by the way.

Polyethylene sheet. I used the rear edge of the gen4 ACR track extension with the side rub strips. Then integrated the gen5 ACR-E front edge into a single part. It bolts into the existing holes on the gen4 ACR splitter where the side rub strips and center track extension mount.

It comes in a variety of colors and black is one of them. You're right about the "not cheap" though. Bart, shouldn't you be concentrating on cutting up your trunk lid or are you multitasking? When you came home did you say hi to the wife or go straight to the garage? Just wondering:)

Was a mixup on the shipping. Somehow Scharf sent it 7 hours away. Been almost a week longer and still haven't arrived yet.

LOL, got home at 2200, said hi to wife, let her go back to sleep foe early workday. Then I went upstairs, spent close to 2 hours opening about 50 packages.

Sounds like you got the Christmas you missed after all. Be sure to start a thread and post lots of pics of the project that all those parts are for!
