For those who have picked up and driven from the plant, did anyone get a clear bra installed close by? On occasions, Roanoke uses a company close to the plant that I have spoken with and they use a product called premium shield elite. For my previous 2 Vipers and Challenger, I have used Expel Ultimate. Thanks!

Several places close by. Just went through the selection process myself (with some suggestions from John). I ended up choosing Sunshade but could of gone in another direction.

Thanks for the quick reply. Which product did you use and I am assuming you drove from the plant to the installer and waited?

We will use Xpel Ultimate. Unfortunately our pick up occurred with rain so that was not possible. We will go Monday. No driving until then.

I know people do it but I could not imagine driving on the roads from the plant without clear bra or having it trailered. Roads are not great up there especially the freeways. You are just asking for chips and paint damage...

Locals know which roads are good and which are not. That is not an issue except the .5 Mile to get north of 8 Mile Rd. Especially for those of us that are north of the plant.

I used the Road Warrior roll on product that was mentioned in my thread I asked similar and it worked great for getting it home.

Good you guys in the area know the roads. A short map may help others who do not know the safer routes.

blue painters tape if you are really worried. I drive mine a week w/o tape before my installer got me in, no issues
