What happens if you run tires with different diameters than stock, does the traction control freak out?
Will it sort itself out or will it limp around until you put the correct tires back on?

I have run as large as 29" on the front and as small as 28" on the rear with no apparent issues.

***Not Viper specific so take the following may be untrue for a Viper platform.
It can and will depend on the difference in ratio's of the front vs rear tires. If you increase both the front and rear or decrease the front and rear at the same time you would be fine. It's when you go larger with just one or larger with one and smaller with the other that problems can occur in general. Once you break a certain point the car will basically think it's spinning a tire and will engage the traction control. My Viper doesn't have TC but I did experience this on one of my Mustangs when I changed tire sizes. Was mainly a problem on aggressive accelerations without wheel spin. I assume the Viper will do the same but I'm sure if if things work differently someone will advise for sure.
