Tail of the Dragon run 2017

I've been doing this run for many years. I know the best ways and best roads from here to there! Anyone around nova considering the Tail of the Dragon meetup?

This guy knows what he is talking about. I followed him a few years on this same trip and what a blast. Wish my schedule allowed me to do it again. A must do if you are planning to go to TOTD, especially if leaving from or driving through the NoVA area.

Looks like I'll be solo this year Anil. I'm booked at Greystone and at Deal's Gap but I may bail. The wife doesn't want to go so... ??

I have been down there 5 times and know the roads pretty well myself, I missed it this year with my s2000 group but I am trying to go this summer/fall

I'm in NOVA near DC. I'm leaving for a bullet-run down I-81 (8+ hours) early on 6/2 from NOVA area but could meet anywhere along the way. I figure on a two day trip back on the coolest blueridge, country backroads or maybe Blue Ridge Parkway north;
leaving Mon, 6/5 from Deal's Gap. PM me, I'll be solo this year but I may bail. It's a long trip...
