Hello all! I'm somewhat new to the NorCal Club (finding this an awesome resource for us fellow owners!), and I've a question regarding our 2000 GTS. We recently purchased this, and found its had a few more mods than we anticipated. Our goal is to have it restored back to original/reliable condition, except the cam & Borla exhaust, and am searching for such a shop/specialist here in the Sacramento area. We know it needs suspension & steering work, computer code issues, new tires, door sag adjustments, detailing, etc.......but we'd still like to get it back to what it should be.
Any feedback we can get, to bring this beauty back to it's intended glory, would be beyond appreciated.
Thank you all,
Dave H

BBG is in Sacramento; they might not be interested in taking on general upkeep work but could potentially recommend someone who would.

The roof scoop will be stuck on with double sided foam tape. You should be able to remove that using strong nylon fishing line in a sawing action.
Going to copy your thread into the North Cali area.

as for the mods, Ill plan on keeping those (unitrax, cam, borla), I just need a mechanical work done, along with the computer
