Iphone mount recommendation for the track

I've purchased three different iPhone mounts for the track so I can use my Harry's LapTimer App and all three vibrate badly making the video pretty lame. Anyone have a mount they recommend that works well in a Viper? Thanks

What mounts do you have. I have a ram mount and don't have an issue.

I've had two Scosche and a Bracketron - all windshield suction cup mounts - all from Best Buy. I saw some reviews for the Ram Mount and noted a couple Porsches with those in the windshield, so maybe I'll check them out. I usually forget about it until I need it tomorrow, so I've been stuck with BB and their crappy selection.

Used this guy for flopping around on Autocross and track days. It does not let go. I also have used Ram Mounts in my Porsche. Can't go wrong with either recommendation.

Same problem for me, tried two different ram mount attachements and same issue with both. Mounting via the windshield is part of the problem since it does vibrate heavily at high RPMs and not to mention the bumpiness factor of the car at high speed. But the bigger problem honestly is the iphone camera itself... it sucks compared to the samsung/gopro/action cams. Basically Iphone video looks wavy and underwater like when I go over 30 mph and anything over 100 you can barely make out what you're looking at. I suspect mounting a camera somehow between the two seats would be idea from a vibration dampening standpoint but then I have no clue how to mount something there without having a roll cage.

I must be lucky. My ram mount is attached to the windshield using a suction cup and zero vibration. My I phone 6 video is as clear as can be at up to 160 mph.

I have my GoPro on the bulkhead between the seats using a Gopro mount with the two sided tape. No problems or vibrations.

I have a friend that uses android and gets the wave above about 140.

My buddy uses a Ram mount and swears by it. I personally bought a Garmin Virb Ultra 30 and it rules.
