Local Dealer with a '14 used B/W GTS

I really hate going into automobile dealers to look at what I can't afford at the moment due to the risk of me being asked to leave after 5 minutes even though I don't bother anybody asking to unlock/sit in it; but I may have to go visit this local dealer which has a '14 used SRT GTS in blue with white stripes on their showroom floor.

Do you mean a blue/white launch edition? Must be a 2013, but not much difference between the years. Some amazing bargains out there, I can't believe it. Good time to be in the market.

The pictures look great. My other option is to run into a Gen V on the road in the spring. I'm sure there will be a few around.

8 2014 gts blue with white stripes were built for the canadian market. they were not launch editions

I feel the same way; besides, I don't want to feel tempted. At least when you see them out in the wild, you can't make a spur of the moment lapse of fiduciary propriety ! Also, going in to "just look" at one in the dealership without intent to buy makes me feel like I should put a cash tip under the windshield wiper blade, afterward. :anonymous:

I just wanted to follow up with this.

A limited amount of GTS blue Vipers are available in Canada for some reason. For some reason on the window sticker it shows GTS-R Blue but its a 2014 for sure.

THE GTS-R blue is a different color a darker color than GTS Blue.

If you notice the ad and a few others on the autotrader.ca site, it looks like the dealers are advertising 2014 Vipers of all models with the same ad. There's a dealer advertising 2014 SRT's for 95K and showing a white GTS as the picture. Just marketing that's all. That Blue GTS is probably a 2013.

They have GTS-R blue which is darker and Competition Blue which we all know. You never know what SRT does though.

gts r blue is the same as the true blue on the ram trucks. it is darker than gts blue.

I know. It is confusing.

The one I linked I seen in person, not a stock photo and its a 2014. It is GTS Blue not GTS-R Blue. The same blue as the launch edition. For some reason on the window sticker it showed GTS-R instead of GTS Blue. GTS-R is also available and as you mentioned is a darker shade.

The Canadian 2014 car is a GTS Blue/White car, not a launch edition. As evidenced by the standard leather interior, no badges, and base GTS wheels.
