I hate to say it but I like the Gen IV nose a lot better than the Gen V. And the hood. And the Gen IV ACR centerband/driver stripe combo the way it fills the hood more.
But not the Neon interior lol.

I agree with a lot of this. Also, got out of Gen V yesterday and into Gen IV and while the overall interior in the Gen V is very nice and so much better finished, I really do like the Gen IV interior as well. The gauges are easier to read and so much nicer and all business with those white faces (really don't like the cluster on the Gen V...find it really hard to read. Especially the oil pressure indicator is a joke). On the IV, the dash and console being taller I feel more wrapped into the drivers seat. I like this

Just a different machine and they both have their ups and downs

Big plus on the Gen IV is the engine compartment. Not as good as the Gen 3 though
