Well I'm not nearly as eloquent as some of the members here, but HOLY ****! First I want to thank Cecil for letting us build this monster for him I'm humbled he thought we were the only place he wanted to touch his new track toy.
Everything you know about the Arrow Stage2 heads and cam cars we have seen for the last couple years is still there, but... where the Stage 2 felt a little peaky (as it should) the 9.0L option has fully filled in the bottom 2/3's of the tach! From 2300 rpm to redline this thing pulls without a blip in the curve, just like a train or an electric car with endless torque! I have driven a lot of Vipers in my 14 years here and loved my 08' back in the day with the mods I had, but this thing is going to absolutely SPOIL anyone's expectations after tracking one.
I can't wait till there are more of these monster ACR's on the tracks, the torque is just endless even pulling hard in 5th! I'm not able to do it, but cannot wait till someone has the chance to really wring one out at the road course, aero drag? what aero drag? Just crazy good guys, and for the others I have in line... WORTH the wait, I can promise you, you're going to LOVE them!
Great job Lee and Dick, this thing is out of the park!
Will be posting more on the FB page and woodhousemotorsports.com shortly.

We don't do that with customer cars sorry. Idle does not sound any different.

Waiting for someone to post up an overlay of the Heads/Cam vs Heads/Cam/Stroker dyno overlay like...

Alex this is from the other thread although its an engine dyno and no numbers on the axis. However Mark mentioned that Dick will be in Houston to drive the arrow 9.0l mule car this weekend, maybe you can get a chance to see it or even if you can pull it off drive the car to give your thoughts about it.
Can't wait to see some chassis dyno numbers and some real world "results". Sounds phenomenal.

Yup, its a car setup to run at Viper Nationals. I'll be there and report back, dont know if they'll let me drive it, but its an auto car so I doubt it'll be much of a comparison for us all.
That dyno looks like someone was playing in excel.

Why did they opt for an auto ? Or to have a significant difference to Andy's 9.95ET in the H/C

The car is an automatic not a sequential, but I'll let VE explain that aspect. From what I know there is not a 1:1 in the transmission so dyno numbers would not be apples to apples anyway, but wish I could be there to see the 1/4 mile MPH numbers.
It sure would be nice to see video, ET's and 60 ft times. The mph should give us an idea of hp.

Alex, please keep us updated, I love my gen 5 and am thinking of going H/C, but I also miss the Low end torque of my Gen 3, maybe going 9.0 , I can have both ....

I can, we do it mainly for our customers, but could probably put together some instructions.

I know Lee and Dick were very pleased with the results, wish I could have been there to see it!
