what tires are you buying for your gen 2

What brand tire you guys using for street driving on gen 2 18" rims. Don't think michelin is making super sports for front. ANY good ideas thanks. Ready to buy now for spring driving. thank you

I had an interesting conversation with michelin in the UK last week.
I asked what was available for the Gen II and they told me Nothing!
They do still produce the front tyre in an 18" wheel but it is now in a runflat format and you should not fit runflats with Non runflats!

I now use Toyo R888 Proxys on my car. its a Track/ street tire (so a soft compound) so it does wear out much faster than the michelin.

I just ordered PS2 Michelin tires in Germany for my 2001 RT/10. Pirelli also have Asimmetrico's availbale for the GEN2 wheels.

Super Sports here. I bought a set of 18/19 ACR wheels just so I could run the Super Sports.
I think you only have 3 or 4 options with the 18/18 set up.

Toyo seems like the best option or change out the rims to 19" options are shrinking
