Torque spec for racing harness

Anyone know what the torque spec is for lap belts on 6 point racing harness? I am finally getting around to bolting in my lap belts to the factory locations. I have removed the filler plug bolt, which BTW is a PITA to get out and I now need to bolt the lap belts into those anchor holes. I have a feeling that the torque spec is "effing tight" making sure to use some loctite on the bolts.
