Hey guys as the title states im in the process of buying new seats just to spice up the interior of my Gen2! does any1 know or have access to the measurements and all the specs for our seats? such as floor board to ceiling farthest back to where the seats stop? and side to side from transmission tunnel to the door panel?

Yo!!!
I know zilch about Gen I/II cars, but I can tell you what's likely to be the biggest stumbling block is seat shoulder width. Just grab a tape measure and see how wide your OEM seat is. I've found that many aftermarket seats are way too wide to fit without door panel mods or wonky mounting brackets.
Start there first is my advice.

If you really want the comfort you will need a seat made for you. I have a Lajoie Seat. Very comfortable.
Sparco, Race Tech, Kirkey are just some. Find a speed shop near you and sit in seats....
