There are a few pics floating around. I'm not sure I'm allowed to share what I have just yet. Maybe someone else who owns the car can chime in. I've got my name on one and it sounds like it won't be built for some time.

seems the voodoo cars and ssg car they popped out a few then quit, a good source told me the carbon weave got jacked up and the used the jacked ones for the painted wing cars

Ya I heard the exact same. Anything with an exposed carbon wing won't go till summer because they are having a hard time getting good examples.

Sorry not all. But very few passed inspection. The exposed wing orders are not coming as quickly as the painted wings as the painted ones hide the defect. Reliable source as well. BTW Great color for your ACR.

I heard the same thing through the grapevine. They're VERY anal about how the weave comes out, and with the complex shape of the wing, there are plenty of ways to screw it up. I'm kind of hoping it delays my car till the May/June timeframe because I still don't have any garage space for it and I'll be building that once I can secure permits (which are a nightmare in this part of the world).
That said, I'm getting some great pictures of my car - it's in the engine/chassis phase now, so it might just come through faster than expected. Watching these get built via the Concierge Portal is a lot of fun.

If you would like to share some pics that you have been sent through the concierge portal, we would love to see them :)

Happy to oblige. This Concierge program is a hoot, best thing to ever happen to Viper ordering. Still waiting on the big haul of pictures from QA of the completed car.
1-of-1 with ACR-E, brass monkeys, ACR interior w/red stitching, 18 speaker, and obviously a red driver's stripe.

I agree - I wasn't going to get them, but they look really nice against Stryker Purple.
For those that were asking, I'll see if I can gather some of the good pics to show. The portal bombards you with 100's of pics that are cool, but a lot are redundant. I'm keeping them all stored nonetheless :) The engine/chassis pics are the best - at least for me. I could care less what the outside of the car looks like - I'm into the inner workings of it.

Did anyone else notice its missing the ACR-E wing? I don't even see the holes in the trunk where the wing would mount to at this point. Mine had the wing attached long before some of these pictures---did you somehow opt to not have the wing?

Thanks for the compliments guys.
Not a Porsche color that I know of. I picked it the old fashioned way, took home the color chip cards, fanned them out in a circle laid out on the back patio, and agonized for too long to narrow it down to just a couple. The intent is to end up with a kind of steel blue color that looks different in different lighting, more grayish in low light, and more blue in better light. The metallic seems to bring out silver tones in really bright lights as seen on some of the CAAP pics. The speedform picture shows a bit of that maybe.

I can't comment on the order things are added versus the pictures, but the wing is on the car now as seen in the first picture (post #6) and it can also be seen a little bit over the open hood.

Interior is ACR with red stitching to match the stripe.
Thanks Wagnut, I think we agree the Vipers wear blue well.

I feel your pain. The last house I built in CA took me seven months of fighting to get the permits. When I built my house outside of Charlotte, I took the the concept drawing and walked out with a building permit 20 minutes later. I sure don't miss the excessive regs of CA.
