Just bought an ACR from Woodhouse!

Bill Pemberton ROCKS! He bought my 2001 GTS at the price I wanted and delivered a gorgeous 2008 ACR to my house! The driver and I even had the same last name, go figure. Bill also sent a very special package with brochures from SRT. The transaction was so easy, selling/buying, I willgo to Woodhouse Dodge again when I am ready for another Viper!

Neil in the UK has one of those (same colour) I sometimes get to run with him. I have trouble keeping up with that beast!

Not sure what tires your running but if its the cups, they need to be warmed up before putting the pedal down :drive: They have caused Neil a few interesting moments :p

Do you know if the previous owner adjusted/ fiddled with the shock adjustements?

Leslie - never touched the shocks. And the wrench should have been included with the car.

Might want to increase the rebound on the shocks . The factory street setting is dangerous IMO. The car is very sprung, unsettling on bumps, dips, especially when flying through a corner that has a dip ( you can lose control) When the suspension is compressed it shoots right up. Like jumping on a pogo stick. A car with no shocks feeling. I cranked mine to 10 fronts, and 9 rears. It transformed the entire car. The ride, handling is phenomenal..

LOVE IT! The new car is a fantastic. It was as hard to part with my two gen 3 cars and ole blue, but I have no regrets!!! I know you won't have any regrets either. The ACR is a jewel!!!!

assuming it is cold and snowy there now, your weather is similar to here in Central PA... not sure if it has the stock Sport Cups on it.....but..... they completely suck cool weather.... I switched my 09 ACR (same paint scheme as your 08) to NITTO NT5's (I think that is what they are called).... they are a DREAM to drive on compared to the stock tires.... I hear the Super Sports are also a dream but the NITTOs were a good bit cheaper.
