Edelbrock Header Gaskets Help

Hoping someone has or can help find some Edelbrock Header gaskets for the Headers they made for the 1992-2002 Viper. They are a two part header like the ARH header with a center 5 hole gasket.
These center gaskets tend to fail over time. They are no longer serviced by Edelbrock and I have used all the replacements I could find. I have been making them from gasket material but they dont work as well
as the production gasket.

Dan, I was going to mention making gaskets out of copper, but I'm sure those headers warp that center flange with time, hence the endless cycle of gasket replacement. Good luck!

My Edelbrock ones, the original owner had Copper ones from concentric or comex or some name like that.

Those would have been Cometic, they are advertised to withstand 2000 degrees and sell for about $35.
The Remflex I mentioned above claim to withstand 3000 degrees.

I think he is looking for the gasket between the 2 parts of the header. I have the same problem and a couple years ago I searched all over and found one place that had a set left, and now I'm in need of one. If you find any please let let us know as I'm sure we aren't the only 2 owners that need them. For some reason these gaskets blow out quite quickly.

Dan, same problem here; been making gaskets for flange also. I have searched for replacement gaskets repeatedly and no luck finding them. A few years ago I asked a friend if he could use his contacts and help find gaskets, when he found out they were Edlebrock product he thought getting some would not be a problem as he is close friend to the Edlebrock's; he talked to them and no, they did not have gaskets as they were discontinued back in '09. All I know is that the gaskets were mfg. by a outfit called ROL; got no idea who ROL is but am now searching for them. The next time I have to make the gaskets I am going to use soft cooper rather than the composite gasket material-- been told the soft cooper is best material and does not blow out. Good luck!

Thanks for your help everyone. Yes I am using the metal layer gasket material. This is a supercharged car we are tuning so the exhaust gets red hot. Its also tracked, so the gaskets continue to fail.
Back in the day we used the copper gaskets made by SVSI on the race cars, but cannot find those anymore. I am going to try the Percy's metal and carbon gasket material next. I will let you know how
that works out. I would like to find one good gasket so I can have it copied in copper, otherwise I will need to send them a header.
