I dropped off my Viper at Normandin for service, and look what I found in the lobby. I will say that these are the two most bad ass looking Gen Vs I've ever seen. The Billet Silver Metallic SRT with black Sidewinders, Carbon Aero and Exterior Carbon. Wow. This silver has a high metal flake content, and just accentuates the Viper's curvacious body. And the Orange TA, what can I say. Pure sex. Can you say that on a forum?

My pictures really don't show how amazing the silver looks, especially with the 6 vent SRT hood and the black/carbon everywhere. I had seen lots of pictures of the silver, but seeing it in person with the light reflecting off of the metal flake, it's jaw dropping. I dare say I liked it more than the Orange, and I'm an orange kind of guy. My Camaro is orange. But I'd probably take the TA for its track pounding success, although I bet this aero equipped SRT wouldn't be much different in lap times. They are both about the same price. Both are just demons. Very sinister. These are not your father's Vipers, LOL.

I've never been a fan of silver cars, but the silver on the new Viper is stunning to see in person. It has a lot of depth and shadows, not like a plain bright silver. Bernie had a silver + carbon + red interior car and it was awesome. It is a darker silver, which I like.

You guys are totally right about the Billet Silver color - it is just jaw dropping - really compliments the Viper's voluptuous bodywork well. And the orange is pretty stunning too!

Wait until you guys see the Anodized Carbon matte paint car (it looks like Darth Vader's personal ride) and the newly announced Stryker Green (both starting production now!) - SRT is happy to be upping the ante! ;)

Give Paul Normandin of Normandin Chrysler in San Jose a call, he's a Viper owner and races, so he's a car guy to his core. I didn't talk price with him, but this sliver SRT is optioned perfectly for what I would buy. Options are carbon aero, carbon exterior, Sidewinder II matte black track wheels and black leather. You should see this car in person. I really was blown away.
