Should it be considered and priced as new or just a very low mileage used vehicle?

Hey buddy. MSRP is irrelevant on '15. If it's not been titled or punched in the system then I'd say it's worth 5% more than what a super clean 300 mi used one is worth

Good luck! Mike

Ok I'll be the one to ask it.

How many times has it been farted in?

Still on MSO, so the dealer is selling and pricing as "new". I offered him about 25% off MSRP and he told me NO Way! It's not even Maroooon :witless:

Unfortunately if the car is still on MSO and never titled dealers will treat it as new. Warranty starts from in service date so this does make it more valuable than a two year old used car with 300 miles as it would have a longer warranty left. On the other hand while it is new it is also a "leftover" so it should be discounted some by the dealer.

I'd change the oil on that thing immediately if you buy it. The dealer should want to discount since it is a 2015 anyways, btw.

Well msrp would be about 102000ish and 25% off is pretty steep. GT cars always had such a great bang for your buck and I think 75k is just too low. Sure it's older so tires are wearing, internals need to be moving etc but I don't blame a dealer not selling at 75k. I also think it's not too far off either. 80-83k would be a sweet deal for a buyer since its treated like a new car, tires won't need to be changed yet and the dealer will service fluids and the dealer can move the car. I hate to also say it but how many 2015s ever reported failures? I'm sure they are out there but I can't even think of one that was advertised on the forums. Given the GT has almost every desired feature at a pretty good price to begin with, I think this is probably a good car for someone to scoop up.

Invoice on a 102k MSRP car is around 90k IIRC... if they do a low 80s selling price plus tax it's isn't a bad deal but have them change the engine oil right away.

I believe it would be 96k. I had a 2015 GT. I don't think that invoice was 12k from sticker but I could be mistaken. 96k seems to jump out at me and my msrp was 102,750.

You are right.. I stand corrected.. it was around 94k invoice or something and the holdback was approx. 3k
